Don’t Blink

I refer to this a lot so I thought I’d explain

My favorite episode of the BBC’s “Dr Who” is called Blink

The Doctor warns Sally Sparrow about the Weeping Angels (an ancient alien species that is able to feed on your future by casting you into the past)

Weeping Angels are made of stone but they can move when nobody is looking

This prompts the Dr to Issue the

“Dont Blink “warning.

DON’T BLINK , DON’T EVEN BLINK , BLINK AND YOU DIE

I’ve converted this to my own personal metaphor for politicians that try to steal our future by pulling slick tricks or hiding behind closed doors.  Many of  these attempts will fail if we are watching them .

The Dr wears 3D glasses to see things in more detail, so I represent the Dont Blink metaphor with these.
